Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of od131 services, you are required to register a valid account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Maintaining multiple accounts under a single identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other requested information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in withdrawal requests being rejected and your account being closed without compensation.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. od131 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by another party, contact customer support immediately.
User responsibilities include the following:
- Not using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the stability of the platform's systems.
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit games or promotions.
- Providing accurate information during the identity verification process.
- Not transferring funds or winnings to unauthorised third parties.
Payment Policy, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the od131 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). od131 does not accept foreign currencies directly and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be imposed by your bank or third-party payment provider.
Deposits to your od131 account can be made via supported Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX, online bank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawals can only be processed once account identity verification is complete. od131 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing until the review is concluded. Where fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, od131 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending the outcome of an investigation.
Winnings resulting from system errors, software malfunctions, or other abnormal circumstances are not considered valid and od131 reserves the right to void such payouts. Users who discover any system error are required to report it to customer support immediately.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Od131 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

- Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the severity of the violation. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit an appeal through od131's customer support channels.
Od131's liability is limited to the actual fund balance held in the user's account at the time of the incident. od131 is not liable for any indirect losses, anticipated profits that were not realised, or consequential damages suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the od131 platform — including logos, graphic designs, software code, text, images, and brand names — is the exclusive property of od131 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from od131.
